Online Consultation: Initial Call
$100 for 45 minutes
This remote consultation is the perfect way to address concerns or answer questions related to your pregnancy, postpartum, or overall health goals.
Pelvic Health Evaluation
$200 for 60 minutes
A specialized, in-person evaluation and treatment to address concerns and provide tactile care for your current needs.
Group Classes
Price upon inquiry (dependent on class size)
Host a mom’s group or an event with friends to explore the basics of pelvic health, myths and realities of common questions and concerns.
Online Follow up
$75 for 30 minutes
Continue the therapy plan of care, review exercises, and ask any follow up questions or concerns from the initial call.
Pelvic Health Follow up
$175 for 60 minutes
Continue the therapy plan provided after the first, in-person evaluation. Relevant exercises will be provided
Payment and cancellations
I am a small, cash-based business. I accept credit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. Any subsequent cancellations will be charged the full appointment amount.
